The hotel smells very bad, we get to the room and it turns out that it is very dirty.
the walls full of stains, the black floor in the corners and on the edges, the bathroom too.
It stinks until you walk in.
We have come to spend the holidays in the middle of August and the room does not have air conditioning or mosquito nets.
the dirty towel, I say towel because there is literally only one towel and we are two people.
unfortunate, the most disgusting place I have ever seen in my life.
If they can't give good service, they don't have the place.
We feel cheated.
Like one of the comments I saw, a great place to stop otw up to the alps, the guy came to help us at 3 o'clock at night, he wasn't angry at all, he doesn't understand English but we were able to communicate with him, nice rooms too.
The rooms were clean, but need renovation. The pizzas in the restaurant was very good. The personnel was really friendly. However, the bad point was the noise at night, coming from the restaurant kitchen and terrace. It made it very difficult to sleep.
Rooms are pretty basic but the cleanliness is of a very very high standard. Food is pretty good and not expensive at all. We def got service with a smile and in our language. Can't blame the effort. We will be back again for sure.
A wonderful German styled pub complete with one litre glasses if preferred and an excellent, informative host serving a choice of excellent tap beers including German, naturally plus a huge selection of bottled beers. Also has excellent homemade local fare all at best prices 😊seating inside and in the comfortable garden outside.
Also a very large private dining area upstairs, particularly well appointed in carved woodwork.
Definitely one worth a visit. Or four😏
The staff was not very nice. Also when we arrived in the evening a lot of people were drinking a lot and did not behave well. There was a bad smell all over the place (like alcohol). The room was quite clean.
Good for a short stay. Freindly service. Decent breakfast.
